Before getting started...

Please note that you will need a valid email to pre-register your student. If you do not have an email, you may create one for free at this link Gmail.com.

Your child must be:

  • 5 years old on or before September 1, 2025 to be in Kindergarten for the 2025-2026 school year

Attention New Students

The following forms are required PRIOR to your student attending school:

  • Birth Certificate: Must be a legible certified copy of a state issued birth certificate. The student's legal name as it appears on the birth certificate will be used on all official school records.
  • Immunization Record
  • Proof of Residency: Documentation showing your physical address within our district boundaries (i.e., mortgage statement, rental agreement, utility bill, etc.).
  • Legal Documents: Any legal document outlining custody or parenting plans, if applicable.
  • Current Copy of IEP or 504 Plan, if applicable

If you are registering a new student for the 2025-2026 school year, please use 08/14/2025 as the anticipated start date. Otherwise, please use the date the student will begin school.

PLEASE NOTE: State law requires a certified birth certificate must be presented upon enrollment of a student for the first time in a particular school (UCA 53G-6-603 Subsection 1). Please bring the official physical certificate to the school. We will make a copy at the school and give you the original for your records.
